Teaching yoga in today's world, we are faced with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and many other emotional and physiological responses to trauma. So many may be happening subconsciously for the client.
Our job as yoga instructors is to understand these responses and triggers and how to integrate specific tools instruction during our classes to serve these important needs to facilitate inclusive, accessible, and compassionate experiences.
