To facilitate the best experience and maintain the atmosphere for each individuals' practice, the doors will be locked 2-3 minutes prior to each class start time. Please plan accordingly to arrive with enough time to check in, change, set up for your practice, attend to any last minute needs (i.e. water, bathroom, getting props, etc) and be on your mat ready to start on time. Unless otherwise pre-communicated, we will not allow late comers into the class to lessen the amount of distraction for every other student.

A fun and dynamic flow of sun salutations incorporating the movements with your breath to create balance in body and mind to build heat, strength and stamina.
This class places an emphasis on core and upper body strength, while toning and increasing flexibility throughout the whole body. Vinyasa is a practice accessible to all levels, as modifications will be given throughout class.
An adaption of the classic 26 posture sequence. This class systematically works the entire body to increase strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. A healing yet challenging class practiced in a heated room to warm the muscles in preparation for a safer, deeper stretch and to aid in the release of toxins. Perfect for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
Yin brings balance to the typical Yang practices (hatha/vinyasa). It stretches the connective tissues and exercises the ligaments, joints and bones. During this practice the objective is to relax the muscles, allowing access to the connective tissues of the body. This class focuses on creating a deeper stretch while seated with longer holds (3-5 minutes). Suitable for all levels.
A simple and slow sequenced Vinyasa style flow. Slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, & flexibility. This class is great for all levels and especially suited for beginners or those newly recovering from injury.
STRONG & TONED
An integration of yoga & body weight workout which focuses on using the flexibility of yoga and while working the core and strengthening/toning the major muscle groups of the body using nothing more than your own body weight. Get your "Summer Bod" ready all year round.
A weekly impromptu/open forum class. Students can come with requests, questions, or just to see what the class may bring. Anything is possible in this class whether it is learning new or old poses, having an entire asana class, or simply focusing on an area of the body to work or stretch. This class is open for all levels and is a wonderful way to get one on one attention.
Increased Flexibility: Because infrared heat is directly warming the muscles, it opens them up allowing for a greater range of motion. Research has found the ability to stretch is increased as much as three times ones normal amount in the infrared environment. This allows yoga students to open up, melt deep into the poses and gain confidence in their yoga practice.
Increased Circulation: Infrared heat has been shown to stimulate blood flow by opening up the body’s capillaries. This has an incredible effect on the body and offers a variety of benefits. It can help lower blood pressure, oxygenate the organs and rid the body of toxins.
Detoxification: Simply put, infrared heat will make you sweat. Which is a good thing because sweating is the body’s natural way of flushing toxins. As bodies absorb infrared heat, water molecules begin to vibrate, which causes them to wring out impurities from the cells and expel them into the blood. These impurities will then be released from your body as you sweat, creating a deep, detoxifying cleanse on the cellular level.
Pain Relief: Infrared heat directly penetrates tissue, muscles and joints, allowing them to heal and regenerate. This is accomplished through a combination of the aforementioned increased circulation, oxygenation and detoxification. Infrared heat is incredibly useful for pain relief for both minor injuries and chronic ailments.
